Hi there, my name is Natalie Scibetta. As a certified and award-winning Lifestyle Fitness Coach, I have dedicated my life to helping people of all ages overcome the obstacles keeping them from accomplishing their goals and dreams. I have always been very active, playing softball for 35 years, running competitively in 5k and 10k races, and participating in several road cycling events per year for almost a decade. The best part of all this? Most of my training is done at home, in my personally constructed home gym filled with free weights, an elliptical trainer, spin bike, and a few other key pieces of equipment. I believe that exercise should be not just part of a diet, but a way of life, and most importantly – fun! I am also a Certified Girls Gone Strong Coach (GGS-1), which allowed me a better understanding of women’s health and fitness issues specifically, including pregnancy and post-partum training.
As a full-time Systems Administrator at a global engineering company, I understand how difficult it is to squeeze in time to exercise and stick to healthy eating habits. But if I can do it, anyone can! I firmly believe that if you are focused, motivated and determined, you can realize any dream. My health, fitness, and lifestyle coaching experience spans more than 10 years, and I have helped many people achieve their fitness goals and get their lives on track. Contact me now and let me help guide you along the path towards a new, better you!

Rachel Avery is a thirtysomething stay-at-home mom of two toddlers who enjoys working out with a variety of methods, most of which she practices at home. These include videos from the extensive Jillian Michaels collection, yoga, pilates, cardio kickboxing, and running. Rachel has been every size between 0 and 12 thanks to a sweet tooth and emotional eating. In her 20s she finally took responsibility for her health and began exercising more regularly, with running during her lunch break or after work a few times a week, or squeezing in a video before work. During pregnancy she gained nearly 40 pounds above her pre-pregnancy weight. The first 30 pounds came off within a few months, but the last ten took a lot of time, patience, and persistence. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family, shopping local, and cooking with whole foods.
